Welcome.......
Let's get it started. This is a little bit of what
i've been doing over the last year or so.
Enjoy
Mile End 2008 ( Mr Bwise to my left and Grubzilla to the right, not shown.)
East Sussex. Freestyle painted with DEPS in the pissing rain after i'd finished a hard day at work.
The day i painted this piece my girl had an ultrasound booked at 2.30. So seeing as i freestyled, started at 10.15 and had to be on my way by 2 I don't think i did too bad with the time.
Scrap train painted with Shine Quest, Antie and Brave One. Still waiting on a decent joiner of the whole train. Back in the day i would have never thought i'd have the honour of painting a train with Shine Quest, being that in the 90's they were producing top class wildstyles and i was just another a toy from kent. Massive respect to them because they're still going all out with their burners to this day, characters, backgrounds, everything, and ever progressing.
Ashford 2008. This piece was sort of an experiment. I'd decided that i wanted to simplify my outlines but keep the difficulty level there by incorperating extra cuts and tricks, also i wanted to put a bit more into my infills. I was fairly pleased with the result.
For me, it's all about the A5 blackbook. I find that by sketching small and rough you can bang out tons of usable sketches in a small amount of time. Also this way you're forced to mainly concentrate on the shape of the letters and connections instead of the small details which are better saved until you get it up on a wall.
